Hi My name's Ros and I am passionate about creating the perfect wedding ceremony just for you. I have been a celebrant since 2006 and I still absolutely love every wedding that I perform. Whether you are looking for a traditional ceremony, a relaxed garden wedding, a fun creative wedding or just a simple elopement; each personalised ceremony I perform is unique and different. This is because I go to great lengths to tailor each wedding to suit the couple and make sure that it reflects their personalities in it as much as possible. ABOUT ME:
I grew up in a theatrical family and at the age of 17, I went to university to study drama and theatre studies. Once I graduated, I began my theatrical career working as an actor, stage manager, director and writer. My theatrical highlights include performing as Juliet and Lady Macbeth.
In 2000 I established my own theatre company, Knockabout Theatre, which toured Victoria performing in schools, theatres and at festivals for 15 years. Other work I have done over the years includes:
•Lecturing at Swinburne Universities Theatre Arts and Circus Arts (NICA) departments.
•Performing with Lux Radio Theatre.
•Drama teaching and running acting workshops in schools, community centres, at festivals and teaching drama programs for homeless youth and disadvantaged children.
• Entertainment Coordinator for events throughout Melbourne.
I became a celebrant in 2006 after it had been suggested to me by several different people. It seemed to be the perfect job for me as it was a coming together of all my skills; from writing to choreography to performing the ceremony. I also loved organising my own wedding and felt that I could bring some of these skills to the job.
I have since performed over a thousand weddings throughout Melbourne and country Victoria. I have done everything from beach weddings, creative weddings, traditional weddings, fancy dress weddings, to relaxed garden weddings. I still love every wedding that I perform and have made some wonderful friends doing this job.
I currently live in the Dandenong ranges with my husband and beautiful daughter, Coco and am very involved in my local community helping run a free food program for families in need and I help organise fundraising festivals for the local primary schools.

I wholeheartedly support same sex marriage and am delighted to perform several same sex marriages each year. I have been conducting same sex weddings since the start of 2018 when they became legal in Australia. Whether you are two men, two women or transgender, I will work with you to create a wedding ceremony that suits you perfectly and truly reflects your personalities and beliefs.
